PHU QUOC TIMES · INFORMATION & SUPPORT
Booking and payment policy
Check what you are requesting, wait for an explicit confirmation and verify payment instructions before committing.
A request does not reserve a place
The current tour-request flow collects a request, not an online payment. A quote or request receipt does not confirm availability or reserve a place. Wait for explicit written confirmation of the provider, date, service and agreed terms. Check the displayed submission result and keep its reference. A request may have been received even if its notification email could not be delivered. If no email arrives, check spam and ask support with your reference before submitting again; do not assume either a confirmed booking or a failed request from email alone.
Read the whole offer, not just the headline price
Check the service provider, traveller count, date, pickup, duration, inclusions and exclusions. Ask for the total amount, currency and any applicable taxes, fees or optional extras to be clear. A price on a guide is not proof of availability. For example, a family changing its group size should request a new offer rather than multiplying an earlier per-person quote and treating it as agreed.
Changed selections need a fresh check
If you change the date, group, pickup or service option, obtain an updated quote and confirmation. An expired quote should be checked again, not treated as a continuing offer. Keep the reference for an existing request when asking a question; creating another request does not cancel or replace the first one. If the submission result is unclear, check before sending repeated requests for the same trip.
Verify the payee and instructions
This page does not activate online payment or authorize a transfer. Follow only verified instructions for your agreed service, with the payee, amount, currency and reference clearly identified. If a later message changes the payee or contradicts the offer, pause and clarify through the contact in your original correspondence. Never email card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time passwords.
Keep the agreement and payment record
Before paying for an agreed service, check its cancellation conditions and ask how payment will be acknowledged and any receipt or invoice provided. Keep the offer, confirmation and relevant payment record together. A payment record alone is not an admission ticket or pickup instruction. Do not publish private references, request links or documents when asking for help.
If something does not match
Contact info@phuquoctimes.com with your reference and a concise description if the offer, confirmation or instructions conflict. If you booked directly with another provider, use that provider’s confirmation contact. Ask for the corrected details in writing before proceeding. Service-specific agreements and applicable rights still matter; this general page does not establish one payment rule for every supplier.
Who handles bookings through Phu Quoc Times
For services booked directly through Phu Quoc Times, our team handles customer payment queries, cancellation and change requests, refunds and ticket delivery. Contact info@phuquoctimes.com with your booking reference so we can identify the service and arrange the next step. The conditions agreed for your particular service determine whether a change or refund applies; contacting the team does not itself approve either. If you booked directly with another seller, use that seller’s confirmation contact. Online booking will be available only for selected services when their booking flow is enabled; this policy does not enable checkout or payment.
