PHU QUOC TIMES · INFORMATION & SUPPORT
Ticket delivery and redemption
Know which document admits you, check how it must be used and resolve delivery problems before travelling.
A request receipt is not a ticket
A quote, request reference, payment record or order-status page is not automatically an admission ticket. Use the document explicitly issued for entry to your service. Check whether the offer provides a ticket, a voucher to exchange or another confirmation. Do not travel assuming a request acknowledgment alone will be accepted at the gate.
Agree how and when the document arrives
Check the delivery channel, recipient details and expected timing in your actual offer. This page does not guarantee instant delivery or a particular format. If the agreed document has not arrived, check that channel and your spam folder, then contact the seller with your reference. Do not post your email address, ticket code or private request link in a public comment to locate a missing ticket.
Check the details before leaving
Check the venue, date, ticket category, traveller details where required, validity and any booked time slot. Clarify identification, age or other category conditions with the provider rather than assuming another venue’s rules apply. For example, a family with different ticket categories should check each document, not just the first one. Report discrepancies before travelling where possible.
Know the entrance and redemption step
Confirm whether entry uses a QR code, printed copy or an exchange at a designated counter. Follow the instructions issued for your ticket and check the actual entrance address; an area-centre map marker is not a ticket entrance. If a digital document is required, have it accessible as instructed before joining the queue. Do not assume a screenshot, offline copy or different device is accepted unless the provider permits it.
If the ticket is missing or refused
Contact the seller or the operator contact in your confirmation with your reference and a description of the issue. For requests through this website, email info@phuquoctimes.com; the inbox is not a guaranteed immediate-response channel. Ask what to do before buying a duplicate ticket, as reimbursement or replacement is not automatic. Keep relevant correspondence without publishing the usable ticket code.
Changes and sharing need their own checks
A ticket’s format does not tell you whether it is transferable, changeable or refundable. Check the conditions for that specific ticket before giving it to another traveller or requesting a new date. Keep QR codes and private links confidential: sharing them can expose the document used for admission. Use the cancellation and support guidance if the terms or a proposed resolution are unclear.
Who handles bookings through Phu Quoc Times
For services booked directly through Phu Quoc Times, our team handles customer payment queries, cancellation and change requests, refunds and ticket delivery. Contact info@phuquoctimes.com with your booking reference so we can identify the service and arrange the next step. The conditions agreed for your particular service determine whether a change or refund applies; contacting the team does not itself approve either. If you booked directly with another seller, use that seller’s confirmation contact. Online booking will be available only for selected services when their booking flow is enabled; this policy does not enable checkout or payment.
