A useful scenario
Imagine a group arriving in Bai Dai and Grand World with different appetites. One person is drawn to Som tam papaya salad, another prefers Pad Thai, and the table is considering Thai green curry as a shared anchor. Bow Thai works when those choices can form one coherent meal. It is less convincing when the group mainly wants a faster bowl, a drink-led evening or a specialist cuisine that the menu does not clearly support.
