A useful scenario
Imagine a group arriving in Ham Ninh and the east coast with different appetites. One person is drawn to Grilled fish, another prefers Grilled squid, and the table is considering Fresh prawns as a shared anchor. Sim Restaurant works when those choices can form one coherent meal. It is less convincing when the group mainly wants a faster bowl, a drink-led evening or a specialist cuisine that the menu does not clearly support.
