Search spellings can vary between Trâu Nằm, Trâu Năm and other similar labels. A matching word in an image caption is not enough. The useful identification combines Phu Quoc, Bãi Thơm and the named locality. Rạch Vẹm and Hàm Rồng are separate coastal subjects; their restaurant platforms and starfish images cannot illustrate an exact Vũng Trâu Nằm visit.

The retained development records concern specified land and projects. That does not establish that every stretch of coast is closed, and it does not establish that a public beach has opened. A planning map can help identify a place without supplying access rights, completed roads, parking or operating hours. Those practical details still need a present receiving contact.

A useful arrangement would name the host, the final road and drop-off, the area visitors may use and the return. If food, a boat or a guide is part of the visit, that service must be identified too. None of those should be inferred from a coastal name on a map. Until that arrangement exists, leave this locality off a fixed beach itinerary.
